Hackathon Participation Instructions
Please read the following guidelines carefully before participating.
Registration Guidelines
- Complete the registration form with accurate and verifiable information.
- Ensure all required fields marked with an asterisk (*) are populated.
- Utilize a valid email address via Google OAuth for authentication and primary communication.
- A payment confirmation and official receipt will be emailed upon successful registration.
Team Participation
- For team participation, the designated Team Leader must initiate and complete the registration process.
- Team size is strictly limited to 5 members (1 Team Leader and up to 4 additional members).
- The Team Leader must provide the Full Name, Email, Mobile, and Roll Number for each member.
- Institutional details (College and Branch) are inherited from the Team Leader and apply globally to the team.
- Ensure your team name is unique and adheres to professional guidelines.
Project Submission
- Submit your project before the deadline.
- Ensure the project is original and developed within the hackathon period.
- Follow all competition rules and submission guidelines.
- Make sure your code is well-documented and clean.
Important Rules
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- All participants must adhere to the code of conduct.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Decision of the judges will be final.
